Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies when the product does not conform to published specifications.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters.
  • Products with altered or missing serial numbers.
Proof of Purchase:

To claim warranty services, customers must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or electronic invoice.

Limitations:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Replacement of consumable parts.
  • Damage or loss of data.
  • Regular wear and tear.
Service Options:

    If a product is determined to be defective, PSAV will:

    • Repair the faulty device.
    • Replace the device with a new or refurbished product.
    • Offer a refund, at discretion.
    Warranty Transfer:

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    Geographical Limitations:

    This warranty applies only to products purchased in India or from PSAV GLOBAL TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
